1BHK & 2BHK — compact, considered, complete.
G+2 apartment buildings with stilt parking, two lifts, and gradual stairs. Single-floor living inside each home — built for the body, not the brochure.
Choose the home that fits your life.
Two unit types — one compact, one for when family visits. Both on a single floor, both with lift access from stilt parking.
1 BHK
For one or two. Simple, walkable, warm.
2 BHK
For when the family visits — or stays.
Senior-first by design.
Most apartments assume a 30-year-old will live in them. These are drawn for the body you have at 65, 75, and beyond.
Two Lifts — Always One Working
One lift can break down. Two cannot, simultaneously. 5×6ft cabins fit a wheelchair, walker, and attendant with room.
Gradual Stairs — 10" Tread, 6" Rise
Standard Indian stairs use a 7" rise. Ours use 6" — a small change that becomes enormous on your fortieth step. 4ft wide so someone can walk beside you.
Single-Floor Living Inside
Once you're on your floor, the whole home is on one level. No internal stairs, no split levels, no surprises in the dark.
Stilt Parking — Breathing Room Below
The ground level is open, shaded, ventilated. Three entry gates. 10+ covered parking bays. The building breathes.
